COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Flame Pak SS100A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Idec products, including obsoleted and phased-out General-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Honeywell product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Idec such as the FC2AC16B1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 365A537G2 manufactured by General-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most General-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Protectorelay by Manufacturer Honeywell as well.

Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as 39162110 equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 193X279AAG03 made by General-Electric as well as the popular 193X265AAG04 original spares produced by General-Electric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SE400 by Littelfuse and 39162110 spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NPM800 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ice-Cee.
